THC is well-managed and capitalized with appropriate cost controls and monitoring programs in place. We have significant experience with tax credit syndications and performing construction, rehabilitations, and adaptive reuses in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior Standards for Rehabilitation. We also have an excellent track record with Surety Agents, Banks, Housing Authorities and Syndicators. In order to facilitate its community based approach to real estate development, we utilize both private and public resources i.e. conventional loans, state and federal historic tax credits, enterprise zone tax credits, and other governmental economic incentives. It is our intent to work in concert with the community to save and restore historically significant structures throughout the City of Richmond while providing both commercial and residential space to the community.
